Q: How are You Betcha Boxes packed?
A: Every You Betcha Box is packed in our signature box filled with exclusive interior wrap. All You Betcha Box packaging is recyclable or reusable. We do our best to avoid plastic and bubble wrap to help combat our environmental footprint.
Q: What if something arrives broken?
A: If the package was shipped directly to you from us and it arrives broken, take a picture of the broken product as well as the shipping label clearly showing information and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please save the damaged items for possible USPS or other shipping carrier claims. All damage claims must be received by us within 20 days of receiving your You Betcha Box to email@example.com in order for us to process a claim and send an equivalent value replacement product. In the event someone else sent you a You Betcha Box, you or the sender will need to submit a claim directly. We are unable to replace your item in such cases (but you can repurchase one with your claim settlement).
Q: Who ships for You Betcha Box?
A: The United States Postal Service (USPS) is generally used for You Betcha Boxes shipping. Larger, multi box shipments are sometimes sent via USP. Upon your order being processed, the order is generally shipped in 24-72 business hours. We do not ship on the weekends. During the Holiday season, it may take longer to process orders. We appreciate your patience.
Q: I’m a local artisan food maker and I would love to join the You Betcha Box family. How do I sell my food with you?

Q: What if the person who is receiving a You Betcha Box is not home upon delivery or if package is stolen or lost?
A: Please confirm your recipient will be in town when shipping. Although USPS can hold packages while someone is out of town if the recipients has requested a mail hold, You Betcha Box does not assume responsibility for these boxes or for boxes that are left on door steps and therefore damaged, stolen, or lost. We recommend you or your recipient file a claim with the shipping provider in such cases.
Q: What if I accidentally shipped to the wrong address?
A: If a package is returned due to an inaccurate address, we are happy to ship it to another address provided you pay for the additional shipping and handling fee. You Betcha Box is not responsible for packages that are lost due to delivery at an incorrect address.
