Make the best of your Rise and Shine box by combining Backstory's coffee and Wild Country's maple syrup for a smooth, sweet morning pick-me-up.

Ingredients

Fresh, coarsely-ground Backstory Coffee
- Cold, filtered water
- 1 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 oz Wild Country Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions
Make cold brew:
- Use fresh, coarsely-ground Backstory Coffee and cold, filtered water
- Combine coffee & water into jar or pitcher at ratio of 1 part coffee to 8 parts water
- Place in refrigerator for 12-24 hours
- Filter, using a cheesecloth or paper filter, into a fresh jar or pitcher
You now have cold brew!
Maple Cold Brew:
- Add 8 ounces of cold brew (from Step 1) into a cocktail shaker
- Add 1 oz heavy whipping cream
- Add 1 oz pure maple syrup
- Add a shake of ground cinnamon (about a teaspoon)
- Add a pinch of sea salt
- Top with ice
- Cover and shake until lightly frothy
- Pour into a frosted glass and enjoy!
