Refund policy
Please review your order carefully upon confirmation, and contact us at orders@youbetchabox.com within one hour if you need any changes made.
In the event that your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to you to receive a new shipping address and collect payment for a new shipping label.
If your package was shipped directly to you from our warehouse and it arrives broken, take a picture of the broken product as well as the shipping label clearly showing information and contact us at orders@youbetchabox.com for further action. Please do this within 30 days of receiving your You Betcha Box to receive a replacement product.
Because we sell food and beverage items, our ability to accept returns is limited. If there's an issue with your order, contact us and we will work with you to make it right!
