Founded in 2018 by a Minneapolis-based team passionate about great coffee without the pretension, Folly Coffee is the brainchild of makers who believe specialty coffee should be fun and approachable. With backgrounds in marketing and a love for bold ideas—like naming the brand after the once-mocked Stone Arch Bridge—they roast small-batch, ethically sourced beans and build direct relationships with farmers to ensure quality and sustainability in every cup.
