Tom & Carol Bouquet
Founded in 1978 by Tom and Carol Bouquet in Kellogg, Minnesota, Annie B’s began as a small kitchen caramel business named after their daughter. Over time, they added handcrafted popcorn and expanded to over 20 caramel flavors, all slow-cooked in copper kettles for rich, buttery flavor. After the Bouquets retired and sold the company in 2012, the team continued to grow the brand—earning a spot on Oprah’s Favorite Things in 2014 and merging with B.T. McElrath Chocolatier in 2015. Today, Annie B’s remains committed to quality confections and friendly customer care.
