After moving to Minnesota in 2010, I missed the flavors of my mom’s homemade Korean cooking and began recreating her recipes in my kitchen. As Korean culture gained popularity in the U.S., I saw an opportunity to share those bold, authentic flavors. After over 100 test batches, K-Mama Sauce was born—a rich, sweet, and spicy Korean hot sauce made with fresh ingredients and inspired by tradition.
