Tina Rexing
In 2014, Tina Rexing left a corporate career in data analytics and IT to pursue her true passion: baking. After 17 years of competitive baking and testing recipes on colleagues, she launched T-Rex Cookie with a bold, hands-on approach—selling oversized, inventive cookies from a small farmers market stand, wrapping her Mini Cooper in branding, and sharing her “Do What You Love” story with every customer. Her fearless flavors, generous portions, and commitment to quality quickly earned her a loyal following.
