Uffda Juice

UFFDA Juice was born from a family brunch tradition and a gluten intolerance discovery. Stephanie and Chris Tangen created their own Bloody Mary mix after realizing most commercial options contained gluten. Encouraged by friends and family, they began selling at farmers markets in 2020. The name “UFFDA Juice” reflects their Norwegian heritage and playful spirit. Their tagline: “ISH DAT’S GOOD.”

Bloody Good Kick

Uffda Juice is a bold Bloody Mary mix made in Minnesota with a tomato base and a kick of spice. Gluten-free and packed with flavor, it’s perfect for brunch or lakeside sipping. Their “Spicy” version is a fan favorite, and the name? Pure Minnesota charm.

Stephanie & Chris Tangen

Stephanie and Chris Tangen have always loved breakfast—it’s their favorite meal of the day. Many Sundays after church, you’d find them at their local restaurant enjoying a hearty breakfast and a Bloody Mary. But a few years ago, after Stephanie got sick, she discovered she was gluten intolerant—and soon realized that most Bloody Mary mixes contain gluten. Chris’s dad then challenged them to come up with their own recipe. Through lots of trial and error (and plenty of tastings), they landed on the current recipe for their bloody mary mix. Their tagline, “ISH DAT’S GOOD,” was a familiar phrase at the Tangen deer camp after a good meal or a cold drink—and now, it’s the heart of every bottle they make.
