Seven Bridges Yum Yum Sauce was created in NOLOs Kitchen & Bar in Minneapolis for one of the restaurant’s most popular dishes, Breakfast Fried Rice. It started being ordered with a variety of different meals and soon was being bought by customers by the quart to take home. It’s a combination of soy sauce, tomato, red onion, garlic and ginger.
