
K-Mama Korean Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
Taco filling
- 1 lb chicken breast
- ½ head red cabbage (shredded)
- 1 jalapeno sliced
- 1 package corn tortillas
Marinade
- 1/4 cup K-Mama Sauce
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 2 T. olive oil
Directions
- Mix marinade ingredients in a large bowl, add chicken, and refrigerate for an hour.
- Cook chicken over medium-high heat in pan for 8 minutes, flip, and cook 4 minutes.
- Cut chicken, add to pre-heated tortillas with sliced cabbage and jalapenos.
- Add K-Mama Sauce to taste and enjoy!
