K-Mama Korean Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

Taco filling

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • ½ head red cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 jalapeno sliced
  • 1 package corn tortillas

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup K-Mama Sauce
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 2 T. olive oil

Directions

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in a large bowl, add chicken, and refrigerate for an hour.
  2. Cook chicken over medium-high heat in pan for 8 minutes, flip, and cook 4 minutes.
  3. Cut chicken, add to pre-heated tortillas with sliced cabbage and jalapenos.
  4. Add K-Mama Sauce to taste and enjoy!
